Lee Enfield Mk 1* – Serial Number A57235

This Lee Enfield Mk 1* rifle is in fair overall condition. This rifle was made in 1901 at BSA Co. The barrel has not been shortened and remains at its original full length. The bore is in poor condition. The metal condition is generally fair with some imperfections listed below. The bolt is not numbers matching. The volley sights are present however the front dial is missing the front volley sight bead.

There is some pitting on the left side of the magazine, as well as on the receiver. There is also some wood missing on the rear of the upper handguard. Please note there is a small crack on the left side of the buttstock and there are some chips on the buttstock.

Includes it’s original early type magazine.
