The Yugoslavian SKS rifle is a classic piece of military history, based on the Russian design and manufactured with some modifications in Yugoslavia. Our selection features original Yugoslavian rifles that have been refurbished by skilled gunsmiths. Each rifle has undergone a complete rebluing process and reassembly, ensuring it is in arsenal-refurbished condition. Please note the bluing may have some light scratches and/ or handling wear from when the rifles were reassembled.

The remaining SKS rifles in this batch are sold as gunsmith specials at a heavily discounted price. Bores range from poor to good and the barrels may have damage at the crown, bulged barrel, or some other flaw. These rifles are not test fired and are sold as-is. The rifles may need gunsmithing work before they are 100% functional. Each rifle comes equipped with a new production stock cut for a spike bayonet, not the blade style bayonet. The stock has a metal buttplate as shown in the photos above. The chrome finish on the bayonet may have some wear due to use. The bayonet may have a slight bend, however most do not. The front sight hood may be damaged or bent. The grenade launcher sight may be loose. Each SKS rifle comes with a new production polymer upper handguard that is a close reproduction of an original Chinese bakelite upper handguard (not installed on the rifle but included in the package). Please note that some rifles may exhibit mismatched serial numbers due to rearsenal practices. The metal parts of the rifle may exhibit pitting on areas such as the magazine, barrel, receiver, etc that has been reblued.
