COLT MODEL 1917 REVOLVER, .45 ACP — SERIAL NUMBER 264647 / 118278 (marked on bottom of grip)
This revolver has been refinished with a zinc phosphate Du-Lite finish. The bore is in good to very good condition. Please note that the double and single-action are mostly functional; however, the trigger has occasionally disconnected from an internal bar when cycling the trigger. Needs some minor work to be 100% functional. The firing pin is broken. There is a small chip at the lower back of the right grip.
The metal has a parkerized finish and shows some pitting, as seen in the photos above. Please review all markings carefully in the provided photos.
A desirable addition to any collection, this historic revolver is available in limited quantities—don’t miss your chance to own a piece of U.S. military history.
