5 reviews for No 5 Mk 1 Enfield “Jungle Carbine” .303 British C Grade without bolt

Almost identical to the stock photo. Missing bolt, mag, safety, and handguard -as described-, and everything else is there. Forend has a couple cracks at the muzzle but reparable. Dirty, moderate rust around the first couple inches of the muzzle. Sharp rifling. Don’t see any 3rd party stock cartouches. Late 1945 Fazakerley.

Just came in, better than advertised, quick shipping as well, very happy with the price, ounce they are gone you will never find a jungle carbine at this price, like always another fine firearm, thanks to all involved

Jungle Carbine came in as described. It’s missing its safety, bolt, & magazine, but it has the handguard (with small crack that can easily be repaired). Get yours while they last. These No5’s go for a lot more than what RTI has them listed for.

My carbine arrived in way better shape than described! The bore is actually close to excellent! It is missing the safety, the bolt, and the magazine. Most of the bluing is gone, and there is a little bit of rust all around, but nothing serious. I expected all of this, what I did not expected was the bullet impact right above the trigger. I initially thought it was just a crack, but upon close inspection I saw pieces of metal inside that didn’t belong there. I removed the wood and pieces of a bullet jacket fell into my hands a more where still embedded into the wood. The impact left a deep indentation in the receiver and almost destroyed the sear, almost. Luckily everything remains operational and I already have the missing parts and the replacement forehand wood replacements in the way. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase!
