Enfield No 4 MK 1 B Grade Rifles, Caliber .303 British
These Enfield rifles are in overall fair to good condition. May be missing small chunks of wood from the upper handguards, or may be missing the upper handguard although this is uncommon. May have cracks in the wood forearm and/or buttstock or a factory stock repair. The rifles also might have some minor pitting and/or surface corrosion which can be removed using steel wool and oil. The bores range from poor to fair. May be missing a small part such as a sling swivel, ejector, buttplate trap door and/or safety. Rear sight may be incomplete or damaged, although this is uncommon. These Enfields are great for a restoration project or can be cleaned up at used as is. The magazines may have dents and/or pitting however they are functional. This is your opportunity to get an Enfield rifle for under $200 dollars!

I have purchased two of these rifles and i was very happy with them at first. I received a savage and a long branch with both having small but easy to fix cracks in the handguard which i expected but when i looked closer at the savage rifle the rails were chipped and worn down to the point the where they can’t retain the bolt which is only in the description of the C grade which i am very disappointed in but not surprised knowing my luck from RTI. Its a shame about that rifle too because the bore and receiver is fantastic otherwise

I received my B grade without bolt No 4 Mk 1, I requested a specific manufacturer I would like to have,RTI granted my request and sent me a very nice example . I have been dealing with RTI for many years now and pretty much received what was advertised and described and better. Thanks again RTI

Arrived like the description said. Probably makes my 10th rifle from RTI, this one had the best bore so far. It’s truly a shame the rifle is severely pitted under the handguard and it has a stuck casing every time it’s fired. It’s a wall hanger now.

These can be hit or miss. I requested a Mk1* and received a nice long branch but unfortunately it had a chipped rail. I explained this to customer service and they promptly sent me a shipping label to send it back. I then got a no 4 mk 2 which wasn’t really what I wanted but it’s whatever. I ordered another Mk1* and this time I got a really nice savage with a good bore! Finish is cooked but that’s ok. Will order again!

I tried ordering another one and i had the same problem again. the rails are very worn on the long branch example i received to the point to where it only holds the bolt in place half the time. If you get one of these expect a parts rifle more than anything because these rifles are basically a C grade with a magazine.

I ordered a No1 MK4 without bolt. My only request was for a Savage. I was very pleased with what I received. RIT put on a new safety and I believe they changed the butt stock as it was loose and a much different color. Metal finish was worn but very little rust and no pitting!! Wood had dings and dents but nothing to serious!!! Bore was very dirty but it has cleaned up very well and has very good rifling . Expect to put a lot of elbow grease into the gun but it had been a lot of fun to work on. Extra bonus was a rolled up hand written note in the butt stock . Still looking for someone to translate!!! Great pc of history!!
