MAUSER 98 CARBINE, 8MM MAUSER, Serial Number 2009
This rifle features a good bore and has been completely disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled.
The receiver is fitted with a medium-length Mauser bolt from an M48 Mauser. The finish is in good condition, while the wood stock is in fair condition, showing typical handling wear, dings, and scratches from use. Please note: There are cracks in the stock—on both sides of the receiver, behind the receiver at the wrist, and on the upper handguard.
The receiver is marked “Waffenfabrik Mauser-Oberndorf” with no additional markings except for the serial number.
