Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The RTI Rewards Program allows customers to earn and redeem points on eligible purchases. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Eligibility

  1. Must have a registered account on the RTI website
  2. Must be at least 18 years old
  3. Program is void where prohibited by law

3. Earning Points

  1. Points are awarded on qualifying purchases only
  2. Points may also be issued for promotions, referrals, or other actions at RTI’s discretion
  3. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable
  4. RTI reserves the right to adjust point values at any time

4. Redemption

  1. Points can be redeemed for discounts, rewards, or coupons as specified on the site
  2. Points cannot be exchanged for cash
  3. Minimum thresholds may apply
  4. Expired points cannot be reinstated

5. Expiration

  1. Points don’t expire unless otherwise stated
  2. RTI may modify expiration timelines at any time

6. Coupons & Discounts

  1. Rewards may be issued as one-time-use coupons
  2. Coupons may have expiration dates and usage restrictions
  3. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly allowed
  4. Lost, expired, or unused coupons will not be replaced

7. Returns & Adjustments

  1. If an order is refunded, associated points will be deducted
  2. If points were used on a purchase that is refunded, RTI may:
  3. Reissue points at its discretion, or
  4. Adjust refund value accordingly

8. Abuse & Fraud

RTI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and revoke points if:

  1. Fraudulent activity is suspected
  2. Abuse of the system is detected
  3. Multiple accounts are used to exploit rewards

All decisions are final.

RTI reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts and
pursue legal action where fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of the rewards program is identified.

9. Account Responsibility

  1. Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  2. RTI is not responsible for unauthorized use of points

10. Modifications & Termination

  1. RTI may modify or terminate the program at any time without notice
  2. Points may be revoked upon program termination

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. RTI is not liable for system errors, delays, or technical failures affecting points
  2. Points are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. No Financial Value

Points are promotional only and do not constitute property, currency, or stored value.
