We have for sale 1 MLE M16 French Berthier Rifle in 8mm Lebel with matching numbers. The rifle was manufactured in 1917 and is a C&R firearm. The rifle` barrel has been shortened to a length similar to a carbine. The finish on this rifle is original, markings are visible. The bore on this particular rifle is in poor to fair condition and needs some cleaning. The wood is in good condition and has some handling wear, dings and scratches from typical use. Please see detailed photos above. Please note the rifle is missing the front barrel bend.
