We have for sale 1 MLE 1892 MD French Berthier Carbine  in 8mm Lebel with non matching numbers! The rifle`s barrel has a date starting with “19”, however the last two digits are worn and it`s hard to see, it may be 1916. The finish on this rifle is original, markings are worn. The bore on this particular rifle is good. The wood is in good condition and has some handling wear, dings and scratches from typical use. Please note that a chunk of wood is missing at the lower forearm near the bolt. Please see detailed photos above.
