We have for sale a Restored Springfield Armory M1 Garand, Serial Number 8863. This rifle was produced around 1939. This rifle was restored by James River Armory, it has been completely reparkerized and has a 2-52 Springfield barrel and new stock set installed. The bore is very good (bright with lands and grooves visible) on this rifle. This rifle has SA bolt, SA op rod, and a milled SA produced trigger group housing. Please note there is some light pitting on the receiver and barrel. Please note there is a small import mark on the barrel. Please note that this is the last rifle available with a 4 digit number!
