We have for sale 1 ANTIQUE ST. ETIENNE MLE 1874 Gendarmerie Carbine in 11mm Gras, non matching numbers. The finish on this rifle is original and has some very light pitting. The bore on this particular rifle is in fair condition and needs some light cleaning. The wood is in fair condition and has some handling wear, dings and scratches from typical use. Please note there are few cracks at the buttstock and a chunk of wood is missing from the lower forearm near the barrel on the right side. Please note that the cleaning rod is missing.
